Meet the cutest little guy in town – Billy Elliot (his real name), was a stray to the Louth County Pound, and despite already being microchipped, he was not reclaimed. Now in our care and looking for his second chance x

Poor Lily is approx 5 years old and was left unclaimed in the Pound. Whilst she is now safe in our care, kennels are no place for an older, vulnerable girl.
We would like to find a foster home for this sweetie .. interested – please email rehoming@dundalkdogrescue.ie

Another busy week behind the scenes at DDR and on Saturday morning walking the 25 dogs currently in holding in our kennels. We cannot express how grateful we are to our tremendous group of dog walking volunteers who turn out each and every Saturday morning to treat each of these kennelled dogs to a walk, cuddle, play and pampering.
Of course there are also the amazing foster homes who do priceless work with the more vulnerable dogs .. especially those who are on long-term foster ..
And then there are the team behind the scenes .. every single volunteer contributes to the fantastic team that is DDR xxx
Particular mention to our Fundraising Team who are working tirelessly on making sure we fulfill our dream of getting our very own Rescue Center built ..
And that is why we are so grateful to each and every one of you, our supporters, who donate and support us financially .. every single cent goes towards our dogs xxx
We always welcome new volunteers and foster homes .. and of course forever homes .. we would be delighted to hear from you !
