Dogs in our care – 3rd December 2016

Posted on Posted in Our Dogs

Hi everyone, so with just a few weeks to go to Christmas, here are the dogs currently in our care .. 54 dogs as of last weekend  .. and yet the Louth County Pound continues to fill up each day so those numbers will increase and the likelihood is that these dogs will spend the Christmas period in kennels  .. and on top of these Pound dogs, our admin team also respond to numerous requests from the public to help with rehoming their dogs for various reasons that sadly we hear all too often .. it just never ends ..

To say we are tremendously grateful to all of our team – Saturday morning walkers who cheer up our kennel dogs, foster homes who provide that extra TLC to the more vulnerable pooches, our amazing back office team who arrange all the travel logistics, record keeping, photos, veterinary visits, home checks – each and every one of you are vital to DDR to continue our work xxx

Here are some of the dogs currently in our kennels at the moment – please consider fostering a dog over the Christmas period – we can provide all you need .. all these doggies want is a warm bed and company – not much to ask – just email rehoming@dundalkdogrescue.ie if you think you can help – you literally can save a life x
