Hi everyone

We have a total of 81 dogs under our care as of 7th April. 35 of these are in our commercial kennels – with the remaining 46 spread across foster homes – huge credit to both our foster crew; for securing these placements, and to our foster carers – THANK YOU: Julia and Elena, Maja, Laura, Tracey, Ann, Sandy, Catherine, Gillian, Frances, Maxine, Fiona, Nessa, Maureen, Janet, Katy.

Special mention to our colleagues in Louth SPCA who have kindly taken in some of our vulnerable pooches as our kennels are not suitable for them nor do we have sufficient/available foster homes (Esther & her pups, Lewie, Sasha) – although Esther & her babies will be moving to foster tomorrow, Monday, with Susan ..

And of course our wonderful Saturday morning crew who truly put the wag into the tail of each and every dog in the kennels .. they are all walked, cuddled, played, assessed and treated .. THANK YOU guys xx

As you can see by the pictures, we have dogs of all shapes and sizes, some in need of a make-over, some desperate for affection .. all at some point were cute and loved puppies .. now just innocent victims of our disposable society ..

We always welcome new volunteers – walkers, foster carers, fundraisers, transporters .. whatever way you feel you can help or find out how to help – get in touch – info@dundalkdogrescue.ie

To our amazing, dedicated, hard-working volunteers behind the scenes – THANK YOU for everything you all do for our wonderful DDR dogs xxx
