You may all remember the gorgeous Bonnie who arrived into DDR’s care back in November 2016.
Well, thanks to our colleagues in Heathlands Animal Sanctuary, they offered Bonnie a rescue place and the wheels were put in motion to prepare Bonnie for a new life in the UK ..
Bonnie travelled in January and after spending a few weeks in foster with Heathlands, Bonnie caught the eye of Karen … and the rest is history!!! Here’s the wonderful update Karen kindly sent through to us this evening. This is what your donations and support help us achieve – happy ever afters for these precious pups xxx
Hi there, thank you so much for rescuing Bonnie- I first saw her post when one of my dogs was seriously ill with Lymphoma and I did wonder whether she was waiting for us… now home in Cambridgeshire helping us and the two other rescues-that is Heathlands Oscar in the background. We love her, she is gorgeous and just who we needed xx Karen and Sean.
